It was the 1970′s when co-founders Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch first met. They both worked at the Playboy Club in Montreal, but didn’t know each other. Klaus cooked a hamburger that Arnie thought was so delicious he had to know who cooked it. From that day forward, it was known as the Million Dollar Hamburger.
